Recruitment & Quota Application

ASAHI is committed to providing workers with safe and healthy living conditions in compliance with the Workers’ Minimum Standard of Housing and Amenities (Amendment) Act 2019 or Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standard. We owned and managed thousands of employees’ hostels across Peninsular Malaysia for local and foreign employees. The accommodation selected is strategically located near basic facilities and/or workplaces. Our hostel management services include

  • Furnished hostel with full facilities & basic equipment
  • Monthly bill payment (rental/water bill/ electric bill/sewerage, etc.)
  • Ad hoc maintenance and repair work of the hostel
  • Person in charge to attend to any emergency cases
  • Scheduled maintenance & audit to ensure hostel is at optimal condition
  • Application in accommodation or centralized accommodation certificate (Permohonan Perakuan Penginapan)
  • RBA certified personal to advise and manage the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance hostel
  • Hostel sanitizing services
  • Preparation of temporary quarantine lodging for workers required to be quarantine

Payroll

Payroll administration and processing is a critical part of the business and it required substantial resources to execute efficiently, accurately, and in a legally compliant manner. ASAHI shall act as a third-party administrator for payroll management to undertake the hassle process and allows the employer to focus on core business objectives. Our dedicated payroll team will handle everything from salary computation to salary payment of the employee. All payrolls related tasks will be processed with our in-house payroll software and technology. We guarantee that salary remittance to the employee is always on time. ASAHI payroll team can accommodate customized payroll solution tailors to customers’ needs. Our Payroll management includes

  • Process employees’ payroll, issue payslip and prepare remittance of salary directly to employees’ bank account
  • Prepare employees’ advance payment
  • Employee registration of individual income tax number, EPF, SOCSO & EIS memberships
  • Statutory submission of employees’ EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc
  • Year-end submission of employer annual return remuneration (Form E) and issuance of form EA for personal tax filling

Transportation

We provide support to company on foreign worker & housemaid related service such as

  • Assist in yearly permit renewal (including arranging for FOMEMA medical)
  • Assist in insurance renewal as required by Foreign Worker Compensation Scheme (Insurance Order 1996), the Employee Compensation Act 1952, the SPIKPA (Skim Perlindungan Insurans Kesihatan Pekerja Asing) and the Ministry of Health Malaysia and other insurance coverage related to the worker(s).
  • Assist to renew worker’s passport and working contract of the worker at the relevant Embassies, if required.
  • Handling issue such as death, repatriation, or flight arrangement to return to home country
  • Assist in lodging police report in case of runaway or criminal
